    30-day return policy for full refund

    We will issue an exchange or refund for most items returned in new condition within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after the 30-day periods without prior return authorization from Gettington.com. Returns accepted after the 30-day period may result in prorated cash or credit adjustments based on the age and conditions of the product. Returns will not be accepted for credit after 180 days. Other product concerns must be handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
